Service Description

Ready to take an exciting journey through the United States? In this hands-on Geography class, we’ll learn all about the 50 states, their capitals, famous rivers, lakes, and landmarks—and we’ll do it through fun songs, stories, and creative activities! Throughout the class, you’ll discover the big rivers like the Mississippi, the Great Lakes, and famous landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and the Grand Canyon. We’ll make maps, create models, and play games that help you learn while having fun. By the end of the class, you’ll know the states, capitals, and important places in the U.S. like a true geography explorer, and you’ll have lots of fun stories and projects to show for it! Wednesdays 12:35-1:35-pm for 16 weeks (semester) $375 per session
